Affirmations are positive statements that help to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts.🌺 ⠀

Many of us have negative thoughts that can hurt our confidence, mood and self-esteem. ⠀

Affirmations can help to reprogram your mind on a conscious level when you repeat them often and believe in them. They work like exercises for your mind and with time, you can begin to think and act differently. They can help with your mood, performance and confidence personally and in your professional setting. Affirmations are best as a regular practice (I.e. make a part of your regular morning ritual, before presentations, etc.) and should reflect your core values. When you sense of self-worth improves, you are more likely to improve your overall well-being and behaviors. ✨ ⠀
